How much does Tenant Guard cost?
Lite Preview is free with no email required (3 tools, one generation). The full Deposit Defense Swipe File + Blueprint unlock is $25 one-time. Tenant Guard Premium is $9.99 monthly until canceled for unlimited documentation coach questions and regeneration.
Is Tenant Guard legal advice?
No. Tenant Guard provides documentation tools and starting-point templates. Verify local tenant laws and consult a qualified professional for legal advice before move-out disputes.
What is included in the free Lite Preview?
Lite includes the move-in condition report, landlord notice draft, 72-hour checklist, one protection package generation, AI kit review, and JSON backup export. Seven additional tools unlock with the $25 Blueprint.
Do I need Google Workspace?
No. All 10 tools work in-app. Google sync is optional for Blueprint and Tenant Guard Premium tiers — export to Docs, Gmail, Calendar, and Sheets when you want landlord-ready formats.
Is my data stored on your servers?
Your lease and damage data stays in your browser (localStorage) by default. We do not require an account to start. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support@cdmsuite.com within 14 days of purchase if the product did not meet expectations. Include your Stripe receipt email.
Does Tenant Guard work in my state?
Tenant Guard is state-agnostic documentation. Local deposit return deadlines and dispute rules vary — use the kit to build your paper trail, then verify state-specific requirements.
How is this different from a free checklist PDF?
